Please note that blind boxes are regarded as special merchandise. Returns and exchanges are not permitted unless there are quality issues.
If there are any quality issues with your purchase, we offer a refund and exchange service under the following conditions:
- Return/Exchange Requests: All return, exchange, and refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase. To request a return, please contact our customer service team. Requests made after 7 days from receiving the item will not be accepted.
- Damaged Packaging Disclaimer: We do our best to carefully pack each product, but we cannot guarantee that boxes will arrive in perfect condition due to international shipping.
