Note: POKKII currently ships all over the world, covering North America, South America, Europe, Oceania as well as some countries and regions in Asia.
Among the Asian countries and regions, which include Thailand, Cambodia, Hong Kong (SAR), India, Japan, Laos, Myanmar (or Burma), Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, we offer free shipping.
Typically, all orders will be dispatched either on the very day they are placed or within 1 to 3 business days following the placement, barring any public holidays. In the event that orders are placed during weekends or public holidays in China, their processing will be initiated on the subsequent working day.
Please note that the delivery time is subject to variation owing to exogenous factors, such as natural calamities, the destination of the shipment, and the efficacy of the processes involved in assembling and readying the items for dispatch.
Please note that if the order fails to meet the free shipping requirement, some heavier items will incur a higher shipping fee due to their weight. For particular special products, the same rule applies, with the additional fee capped at $20. The shipping fee will be automatically calculated on the checkout page. Special Delivery Situations & Instructions
If the products are out of stock or there are special circumstances in the shipping country, such as a postal strike and so on, our customer service team will contact you and provide solutions.

Customs & Duties
Shipping fees do not include customs duties or taxes. These charges are calculated based on your country's regulations and are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and can vary according to location. Unfortunately, we are unable to forecast these charges. Your local customs office will reach out to you directly to arrange payment. In case these duties are not paid, the package will be disposed of, and we will not be able to provide a refund. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
You can track your order on Order Tracking Page or on third - party sites like: 17track.net.
In the event of delays in tracking updates, please refer to the estimated delivery time provided. Should a package take longer than expected, kindly contact us, and our customer service team will respond to you promptly.
