If there are any quality issues with your purchase, we offer a refund and exchange service under the following conditions:

• Return/Exchange Requests: All return, exchange, and refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase. To request a return, please contact our customer service team. Requests made after 7 days from receiving the item will not be accepted.
• Damaged Packaging Disclaimer: We do our best to carefully pack each product, but we cannot guarantee that boxes will arrive in perfect condition due to international shipping.
