If the products are out of stock or there are special circumstances in the shipping country, such as a postal strike and so on, our customer service team will contact you and provide solutions.

Customs & Duties
- Import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. Since customs regulations vary by country, we kindly ask you to contact your local customs office for further information.
- Customs procedures differ by country. If there are any issues with your package at customs, you may be requested to assist by contacting the local customs office. Should you require any supporting documents, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
- Since late April, we have covered higher logistics costs to help U.S. customers avoid import fees. Current orders remain at pre-policy prices with no extra charges. We will inform customers in advance of any future changes. Currently, all U.S. orders ship normally with no duties charged to the recipient.
To Track Your Order
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier’s website.

In the event of delays in tracking updates, please refer to the estimated delivery time provided. Should a package take longer than expected, kindly contact us, and our customer service team will respond to you promptly.
